These are the exact same methods used by Robert McNamara to destroy the morale of the officer and NCO corps in the 1960s. Our finest won't tolerate this nonsense. They will immediately recognize that the Pentagon is trying to cover their own butts. I have nothing to base this on, but I get the impression that the super intellectuals in the pentagon, keep trying to force some unproven management technique or political agenda on our military. It amazes me that we still have a terrific military and not have the military turn into something like they have in those banana republics.
