My initial head scratching at the STK acquisition has, after consideration, given way to a bit of anger. How exciting -- NOT! And the touted plus of getting STK's sales people -- why not just hire them away! (At a small fraction of the cost). I must now face the fact that much of Sun's nestegg is gone, without too much to show for it. Looking very hard for a bright side: though STK revenues are growing but 1-2 percent per year, earnings are growing nicely the last year or so. I still have some small hope that there is method to Scott's apparent exercise in underachievement, that he knows more re the STK possibilities than he's thus far telling. In short, I'll probably hang around a while before selling, just in case.

Best,
Mark
