I believe that GNTX was downgraded by Pru because they were approaching Pru's 52 week price target. I don't think that it was because of anything wrong with Gentex's business. I don't see it as any problem. I still love the stock as a long term position. As for a re-entry point, that is really up to you and how long you plan to own the stock.
