It is with merit to point out that the majority of Iraqis want the US out of Iraq. It is with merit to point out that the invasion of Iraq was illegal and without justification or need. It is with merit to point out that 25,000 or more Iraqis have lost their lives during the invasion and occupation. It is with merit to point out that after two years of war one can still not travel safely on the road from Baghdad to the airport. It is with merit to point out that the war in Iraq is not, and never has been part of the war on Al Qaeda, more over it is a diversion from the war on Al Qaeda. It is with merit to point out that the brutal invasion and occupation is creating terrorists.

There was a better way to help the people of Iraq...that is my point.
