About IPII getting a psr of 1: That's doubtful imo based on building supply stocks I am following. Yahoo's psr number for IPII of .58 already exceeds that of all others that I am watching except Home Depot (HD). Perhaps IPII has unique and higher profit opportunities compared to others in the sector, so a psr = 1 is warranted. I doubt it though - we've not seen such a great business in IPII's past history, and these building supply stocks are all usually accorded low multiples. Perhaps I am looking at the wrong stocks in the sector to compare IPII with. That's possible.
