I get the impression that the super intellectuals in the pentagon, keep trying to force some unproven management technique or political agenda on our military.

The first part is almost right.

They seem to be trying to force management techniques that have already been proven not to work.

I see no signs of a political agenda except perhaps to prove we need a draft.

I just came back from the recruiting office in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Neither the active duty nor the reserve recruiters met last month's goal. I spoke with Army and Navy guys.
