Most abortions are done for rather minor inconveniences. The procedure itself is a rather major inconvenience, and so it wouldn't be performed to avoid a minor one. Unwanted pregnancies get terminated because the mother has determined that her life would be much worse off otherwise. What about the unborn Child's rights? There are none. While the fetus is still attached to the mother, all the rights stem from the mother. TP
