I fed my babies vegetables from the get go. They love them to this day. I made a large variety of different foods for them to try and they both have a healthy appreciation for all kinds of foods. I also taught them both to cook and they love doing that too.

I read the book "Green Eggs and Ham" to them when they were really young. I don't remember one food they wouldn't try at least once.
