I wouldn't go as far as saying I "love and adore" France, but I do prefer their social security, way of life, and opposition to needless wars.

I have no problems saying that France was morally wrong to get that exception for its own citizens. I don't find it an honest way to recognize the jurisdiction of such a global court.
