Will it go through?

The announcement indicates a stock value of $150,000,000. Naturally,
AVNT will be promoting from now through the fourth quarter to maintain
its current or higher stock price. Should the stock drop dramatically during that long time, I think both parties will review the situation.
TMA is in a great position for the time being.

Example approx 4,500,000 shares now @34
6,000,000 shares at @24
