LEXINGTON, Ky., Jun 07, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Plasticon International Inc. (Pink Sheets:PLNI) today announced that the company has created a new blend of polypropylene, which reduces the material costs of one of the company's major product lines: lower height recycled plastic rebar supports.
