The people she works with seem to think highly of her. I have no way to evaluate her and have no opinion on her confirmation. I was just interested in the point about judicial activism. Whether she is a judicial activist, I don't know. I have in mind the situational principles of her backers and opponents. I've found it interesting to watch those who claimed allegiance to the principle of states rights abandon that when it became inconvenient and I'm now finding it interesting to watch the same thing happen with the principle of judicial activism. I really hate when that happens. <g>
