I'm aware that most of what I got was the "company line" ... no problem with that ... that's Eli's job ... do disseminate info to shareholders with the best possible spin.

That's why I think it's important to look at "actions" as you have, Bob ... and one of the reasons I didn't rush the conv. into print.

The disclosure by the Atty. in the injunction hearing was probably the first real leak that the Big Bang is just around the corner.

Of course, everyone has their own interpretations ... witness the market today.
