LSBC Was up 26%. It has said before that it was going to appeal the notice it received from the NAZ on May 18 concerning its listing. <g>

And on Wednesday,last week, it received notice from the NAZ that it has regained compliance with the requirements for continued listing on the NAZ consistent with Marketplace Rule 4350. Compliance was regained with the Company's board of directors electing Ulrich M. Grau, Ph.D. to the board of directors effective May 29, 2005. Dr. Grau is an independent director who will also serve on the audit committee.

Apparently the news on the new director have been favorably received.<g>
