Shrini, You are correct. There are 7.59 million shares outstanding. $150M divided by 7.59M = $19.76/share. Also, TMAI closed yesterday at 13.5, but it is now trading at 16. I can't figure why it would not be trading at $19.76, except perhaps that there is a discount being applied vis-a-vis the value of the ASND shares. With TMAI at a share price of 16, the ASND shares are being valued at less than their current market value. Can anyone figure out what this value is? Gary Korn
