Would someone care to comment on the legality of such an ad, which
clearly discriminates against homosexuals ?

WORK IN HONG KONG
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join a
growing team of Internet marketing professionals operating out of Hong
Kong. Only those with a good work ethic and willing to work hard need

The successful applicant will:
1. Have HTML ability, including the most recent additions in Netscape
2.0.
2. Be familiar with the various aspects of PC hardware.
3. Have the ability to write CGI scripts for websites, using the C,
C++ and Perl programming languages.
4. Be knowledgable about the UNIX operating system, and setting up a
UNIX-based HTTP server.
5. Be able to use Adobe Photoshop, PageMaker and Linux.
6. Have the ability to setup and run a BBS.
7. Have a good Customer Service attitude.
8. Be a Team Player.
We offer a pleasant working environment, good salary, plus an
incentive bonus scheme.
You would be expected to finance your flight to Hong Kong. This
airfare would be reimbursed after successful completion of a
three-month probation period.
Accommodation would be provided for the first two weeks in Hong
Kong and you would be assisted in finding permanent housing.
