The imperial presidency. The last one got choppered out waving those inane victory hand signals. Remember those: Bush is insane rumors from white house staffers last year? Just as the suspicions about Nixon's venality and Reagan's memory losses turned out to be true, Bush's psychological problems will prove to be true as well. Bush's desertion from his Texas ANG post will also turn out to be true.
