Peter, I believe that those things happened before Bush was in office, right? Did BUSH address ANY of thos things in his first 9 months? Did he even pay ANY attention to increased intelligence about attacks before 9/11? Peter, do you think that Bush would have suddenly snapped to it and addressed terrorism more diligently than Clinton if 9/11 HADN'T happened? At least Clinton was AWARE of Bin Laden and was watching him. Bush was seemingly blivious to terrorism...even up to a half hour after the terrorists first struck the twin towers. We saw his interest manifested in the fact that NO ONE even thought it worth telling him that his WIFE had been evacuated from the whitehouse.
