I don't see how this puts money _into_ your pocket:

Buy (cover) Sept 37.5 @ $8
Sell Sept 45 @ $1 5/8

Looks like a loss to me... unless you're not talking about CC on slr stock...

Sell Sept 37.5 @ $8
Buy Sept 45 @ $1 5/8

Are you just trading the calls until the stock peaks?
