Huge day for Sonus news! 8:31AM Sonus Networks announces termination of SEC probe; Jupiter Telecom implementing SONS platform in Japan (SONS) 4.39 :Co announces that it has received written notification from the SEC regarding the formal inquiry that the SEC undertook in connection with the co's previously announced independent investigation of its financial reporting. The SEC has notified the co that its investigation has been terminated and that no enforcement action has been recommended... Separately, the co also announces that Jupiter Telecom is implementing the Sonus platform as the foundation for its new VoIP network to deliver enhanced residential voice services to consumers throughout Japan.
