<due for another bio-tech rally>

My guess is a little far-out there, but
I will share it nonetheless:

I think we are way overdo to see several
years where every asset class declines
in value--every asset except greenbacks.

I have my sampler of microcap biotech,
but aside from that I'm more than 90% cash--
paying me only about 4%.

The newspaper says my home has appreciated
15% each year for several years, and real
estate was the last sector to pay off big.
I suppose I expect that what happened to
Japan, will happen here too, maybe half as
severely.

My two cents!
I have been very pessimistic for several years
now however and wrong for all that time. For
my part, I have been paying off my mortgage
loan, and tried to be a saver. Apparently
everybody else is striving for maximum allowable
leverage and sopping up second homes and rental
properties.
