Reference on Warrant Redemption

From the S-3/A dated March 5, 1997
The $4.25 Public Warrants may be redeemed if the closing bid price for the Common Stock has exceeded $6.375 for at least 20 consecutive trading days and each of the seven trading days immediately preceding notice of redemption.

From the 10QSB dated May 15, 1997
During April 1997, the Company lowered the exercise price and extended the exercise period of its 772,000 publicly traded warrants. The warrants' exercise price was reduced from $4.25 to $3.50 and the exercise period was extended from August 31, 1997 to June 24, 1999.

Unfortunately, I do not have the closing bid prices, but only the closing prices for each day. The stock closed above $6.375 on August 20 and as of the close last Friday, it had closed above that level for 12 consecutive trading days. If those prices reflect the closing bid and if the stock stays above $6.375, then the warrants may be redeemed as early as after the close on 9/17.

Would appreciate if someone could confirm the closing bid on each day.

Jim
