I dont understand what you are posting about except the part about the hair plugs. Biden has consistently called for more troops. Are you saying that we are prohibited from sending them because of "Posse Comitatus Act"?

For enlightenment re. my answer...Go back and read the post I responded to.

Perhaps if we had more troops in the beginning, we would have been much more succesful and not had a recruitment problem.

Strength is an important issue for defense.
This is something we should discuss with Bill and Hillary Clinton. The DOD had 2,043,705 trained active duty personnel when Billary took office.
That had been reduced to 1,384,338 by the time W took office.
Seven months later we were attacked.
