I find it anomalous that Fleck is taking a long position in a chip stock, no matter how bright its prospects are, when he has been preaching forever that this year is going to be The Last Time Down.

If a tsunami hits the markets, it will be a miracle if small cap miners hang in there, let alone a chip stock.
