Tom - I am under the understanding that FTEL & DCIC are going to initially exchange 15% ownership with each other at FNET IPO time and that eventually they will fully combine the two companies. I think it would be even smarter of them to combine the businesses now. It would sure clear up a lot of arguements over which one is worth more and would present a stronger image to underwriters and potential IPO investors. Just my opinion. Bruce
