Good news: Cisco seems to be coming along well with FLEXF!!!

Conclusion: Seems like Cisco has made the strategic decision to use Flextronics as one of their key strategic suppliers as they consolidate their vendor base.

Data: Going from 2 SMT lines in San Jose to 8, all dedicated to Cisco. Cisco making investment in Flextronics infrastructure (Oracle). Currently at $5mm/quarter in revenue (likely at that rate this Q). Should go to $20mm/quarter in revenue in December.

Should see nice pickup in revenue in December Q. While this Q seems to be coming along okay, Cisco will really kick in in December, Ericcson should also re-accelerate and may be another $20mm pick-up.

Overall, things seem to be going very well. The strategic investments/capabalities Marks has put in place are paying off. FLEXF now has about 60% of the forward P/E of Jabil, so cheap on a relative basis (P/E, PSR), and absolute basis at 17x forward P/E and 30%+ sustainable growth rate.
