Yes, Israel has their terrorists, even to this day. But back then the Palestinians and Arabs made constant war on the Jews. The Jews were never welcomed by the Arabs in the Israeli/Palestinian lands, even when the Jews tried to live peacefully.

No matter how much you all try to rewrite history to cast the Jews as the singly biggest problem, the facts belie your story. The facts are that the Jews and Palestinians have always been at war. The only difference is that the Jews have continued to try to build a nation out of the ashes of war, whereas the Palestinians have not been able to put their own infighting aside long enough to find for themselves a single voice. In addition, the Jews found friends outside of the Middle East to help them build a Democratic nation. However, the Palestinians have never found Arab friends to help them build a nation. Rather, they have been used by the Arabs as a proxy to fight the Jews for eternity.

So again, the Palestinians can have a state as soon as they get their act together and work for it. They've had all the same opportunities as the Israelis, but they've squandered them, unlike the Israelis.
