But prejudice (pre-judgment) works both ways, doesn't it?

Good grief. What a contortion. A bigot is someone who pre-judges based on characteristics of a group, for example, if you're short, you must be ineffective. That's an entirely different notion from being opposed to someone's POV (particularly when that POV is the assault on one's own group).
