Joined the AVNT threads about 2 weeks ago. I've since read all of the legal documents I could find between CDN/AVNT. Looks like AVNT's in a precarious position and is a great short candidate. I'm having trouble figuring out true data that would lead one to believe they are cooking the books. I've read everything on the other thread and no one can provide me with anything concrete (trends in accounts receivables?, negative cash flow?, software capitalization?) Any suggestions for someone who likes to short but needs more than an "event". It looks like this stock is going to $45/s and I don't want to get buried because money is flowing into software stocks and some big Boston mutual fund company has to put its $$$$$ to work by the end of the year. Help?!!
