HUH? What does this have to do with what we are discussing. BTW 41k per head is alot more than 40k per household which is about what median household income is. It would create a boom. Saying people shouldn't have children they can't afford puts you on the edge of population cleansing. You and the rest of the repugs are social darwinists who think only the rich deserve to procreate.
