Please show me where it says they must be provided korans. "provide for the medical care of, and religious inistration to, prisoners of war" is not quite clear as inistration is not a word whose meaning I can find on the web.

But handing out korans I do not see and serving them specialized meals is another things I do not see.

So unless you point this explicitly, I will assume it does not exist as part of their "rights"
