LHC Group prices IPO at high end of range.

LHC Group, which provides post-acute healthcare services to Medicare beneficiaries in rural markets, priced its initial public offering of 4.8 million shares at $14, the high-end of its proposed price range. A total of 800k more shares were offered than originally planned, including 400k from both the company and the selling shareholders. Jefferies and Legg Mason were the joint book runners on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker LHCG on Thursday.
