I eat locally grown food because I have that option. My produce all summer comes from a farm down the road cooncreekfamilyfarm.com I eat Amish grown free range chickens, my beef comes from my wifes uncle and is pastured with grain but no antibiotics or growth hormones. My lamb and pork is the same story. My venison, wild birds and fish come from me. I wish everyone could eat like me, but they can't.

There is no way to do this on a large scale and feed the people in the big cities or the world. It's just not possible. I feel for the folks in NYC as you couldn't pay me enough to live there but there is no way to feed them organically grown stuff IMO.
