c2,
Balance of power considerations are back, no doubt but this is not all bad. Any alliance between china, russia and iran does not have use of nukes by crazy mullahs as part of the plan. There must be a quid pro quo in place here. Sure if the mullahs are indeed crazy they may be using naive russians and chinese for their own aim of destroying israel--hell that may even be their long term plan but short term one would think that they would play by the rules of no nuke use.
