Listening to Mr. Greenjeans ..

He came close to mentioning PO in response to
a question about the current high price of energy ..

He blamed the present situation on underinvestment
in two areas .. OPEC's reluctance to invest in increased
production capabilities ( more wells ?? ) and underinvestment
in worldwide refining capability ..

He also commented on our ( USA ) apparent ability to continue
to wring out costs in various production capabilities including
energy costs and expected that trend to continue but didn't
indicate how it would be achieved ..

He also stated that as transportation fuels and home heating
oil costs continue to increase that the public/consumers
were responding by purchasing more efficient vehicles and
investing in attic insulation .. two trends he expected
to continue going forward ..
