Bill's point, and I don't think you are so dense as to have missed it entirely, was not that there are no Iraqis among Zarqawi's band or the Baathist remnants fighting with him, but rather that these groups are comprised to a large degree of, and depend heavily on, non-Iraqi recruits. Yet your demand for "proof" seems to require the impossible - that Bill (or I) find and present an objective, independent accounting of the membership in these terrorist bands that shows, as you put it, '"proof" that "INSURGENTS aren't Iraqis".'

What Bill presented was evidence, which I'm sure you know, in spite of your thickheaded protestations, is all that is possible. Can you come up with any rational basis for concluding that the suicide bombers are not representative of the terrorist groups as a whole?

As for your assertion that I claimed al qaeda to be "a trustworthy source of information", that's a rhetorical cheap trick that doesn't even remotely support your other assertion in that sentence, i.e. that they DO have reason to exaggerate the presence of foreigners among their ranks. You "think they do"? Why? On what possible rational basis, other than to encourage even more foreigners to join them (which you seem to think hasn't been happening), would that be to their advantage?
