We have over 300 million people in the country. Yet, for a President, we have a "C" student by his admittance. He is proud to be mediocre as he boasted that a so-so person has PhDs as his advisors, so don't feel bad if you are just average, you can also be a President. What kind of motivation has Bush given to the graduates and to America? Bush has tunnel vision and is fed with information by his manipulative advisors, the neocons. Compare him to Clinton who is very smart and cannot be easily fooled by his staff. India and China are becoming stronger nations. What attention has Bush administration given to India? Tom L.
