It won't be the military that gets Bin Laden. And, yes......I think Al Quaeda has been seriously disrupted and the focus of its current activity directed to Iraq and not our shores....Bin Laden has been reduced to howling at the moon via videotape... As for US policy.....the policy was to bring about regime change in Iraq....that is a fact notwithstanding your denial. J.
