check out www.ose.no, click on the union check and enter "DNO" in the search box. This will give you the company PRs directly from the Oslo Bourse. The company website is www.dno.no - it should have the info there also..

To my knowledge the split will be instituted June 22nd. And the 5% stock dividend is slated for approval by the AGM June 28th I think..
