Every smearvet claim has been proven bogus yet they still keep repeating them and win awards from conservative groups for their lying. I notice though that O'Neill only mentions three "issues" he has now with Kerry (the rest he knows damn well are outrageous lies) and these are: - Kerry was in Cambodia on Xmas (truth is, he was someone along the border and in Cambodia later, and O'Neill was also in Cambodia but has changed his story on that, so who cares?) - One of Kerry's wounds was minor (who cares? A wound is a wound) - Kerry's discharge date is unclear (even if it were, and I don't believe it is, who cares?) Meanwhile Bush dodged the draft, went AWOl for 7 months, quit a year early, ignored pre 9-11 terrorist threats, coddled the Bin Lauden family, slashed veterans benefits and sent troops into a quagmire war based on lies, and the smearvets think he's a great military man.
