After buying PSFT, Oracle is again on the M&A warpath for middleware firms. It has said so specifically, and bought a private one today. BEAS is a middleware firm and a good one. It fits the bill. I think INFA does, too.

Both companies are good companies, probably undervalued. If Oracle doesn't go after them, they would still be good investments.
