Kerry and McCain are both hated by smearvet types. Why? Because they workd to heal the wounds of Nam and told the truth about Nam, that it was never, and is not now a threat to us nor our enemy. In fact the whole war was a big misunderstanding escalated because of a pack of lies. There was no attack on the Gulf Of Tonkin as the Pentagon Papers proved.

Some of these smearvet types want to keep fighting that war forever, no matter how wrong and dishonest it was in the first place.
