Hey Gustave - You have some of these "Evangelicals" holding 3 contradictary ideas at the same time -

"Protestant zealots are at the same time earnest philosemites, fervent Zionists and incorrigible anti-Judaists..."

That's a huge mental effort !

Especially for people who think a philosemite is a big semi truck carry phylo dough.

Now I don't think GWB is dumb, but he's no rocket scientist.

Having known a number of evangelicals, that would be like believeing that GW Bush is a Grand Master Chess player.
