Laz, the Coalition of the Bribed is the reason. Read up on
the Oil-for-Food scandal - one of the largest fraud cases in
history. You may have to look in odd places though. The MSM,
the UN & most foreign countries seem to want to ignore this
massive case of corruption that Saddam cooked up.
