You may be right. You certainly did a good job of documenting a lot of things in recent weeks and you're right I haven't read through all of it. I have, for the most part, been partial to Babish and had been impressed that he often answered the phone himself after hours at PRLN and seemed intelligent, straight- forward and more than willing to talk about things which Rhodes certainly gives no indication of being.

I do think it is hard to know from the legal documents what has been going on since both sides take extreme positions on certain points and obscure positions on other points but you did a great job of getting the stuff on the thread and I am glad to have your interpretation and hope you are right.
