My comments are operative whether Biden is calling for us to secure America's borders or Iraq's borders. Biden has certainly called for our borders to be secured. And he has complained that both W and DHS have failed to do that.

Biden has never set forth a funded plan to do so. He has been a US Senator for 35 years...If border security is important to him, where is the Joe Biden legislative bill to secure any border?
The only action Biden has taken is to whine and snipe about border security.

A coupla years ago, Biden called for NATO to secure Iraq's borders. That went no where.

My point was we don't have the troops, the money, the border agents or anything else in sufficient numbers to secure America's borders, ditto for Iraq. Biden has done nothing to improve that, yet he whines.
