I read her decisions in a lot of cases and they certainly were not favorable to the little guy. In fact one decision that she held out on for so long the victim died. Many of her decisions were attributable to the money that she received from various backers... They were more than not for the corporation rather than the litigator... This was my opposition to her. There are others' around who would have been more acceptable imo.
