Rich & Paul, I don't agree at all that the PGTZ announcement is an indication of a poor quarter coming up. Out in thePCB trenches, where I live (and I hear similar in related industries too} the 7X24 concept is not working. You can't hire and keep top technical talent working Sat and Sun night ... any night, really! So if you make super precise products you screw up at night. I see it all the time in terms of defective material claims. It is always the inexperienced, new employees' fault. see, as soon as workers or supervisors get seniority, they bid off the night shift. Also, the night shift has lots of abseteeism and people calling in sick. it's a mess. What PGTZ is doing IMHO is what many others are doing, That is, set up to do more work during the day with only a skeleton night crew. There are some very, very sharp people at PGTZ. Don't underestimate them. Anyway, in the past when they wanted to have an earnings "warning", they warned. That is not what they did this time. This is not the best quarter in the industry but it's still pretty busy out there. I know.
