Even those who got the hundred bucks tax cuts, lost all of it and more in the form of increased property taxes, sales taxes, state taxes, local taxes and so on. Not to mention the reduction in services (transportation, daycare, medical services etc.) at the local, state and federal levels. It was a tax cut only for the rich. For the poor, it was large cuts in services.
