RE: "...talking about billings..." It would seem that a comparison of Q1 05 billings to 2005 capex budget is problematic. Q1 billings are probably ordered in Q3 04 or before, shipped in Q4 04, and accepted and paid for in Q1 05. One would think that the Q3 04 orders could very likely be based on 2004 capex budgets.
